This is because the texture is etched directly into the glass, preventing abrasive particles from wearing away – an issue commonly seen with other types of files. For example, emery boards and metal files with “diamond” grit often lose their effectiveness over time as the grit wears off.
Gentleness – The abrasive surface of SOFIT glass nail files is designed to treat natural nails with care. Unlike some file types (particularly metal ones), which can cause nails to split or peel, our glass files help prevent these unwanted effects.
